The hero may eliminate one or more levels of Stymied 
or Vulnerable 
by taking 1 
per condition removed. As an example, for 1 , she could reduce Very Stymied 
to Stymied . For 2 , she could eliminate both or negate a Stymied and Vulnerable condition, and so on.
